                     PLEASE HELP US HELP LUNA!!!!!

Our rescue really needs your help. We have an urgent plea for our girl Luna. We try our best for every animal we save and never ask for funds. Especially in times like these, but now we have a true emergency and really need your help!

Luna wasn’t part of our rescue group at first, she was adopted straight from Texas, transported to New Jersey and went right to her adopter. As time went by she found herself in a situation after being with the family for months. Luna was really doing well at first but then something changed. She started to act different and was being frightened of their 10 year old boy.

She never did anything to him but she would run away from him and sometimes growl at him. Unfortunately we don’t know much about her past, but we’re sure it wasn’t a pleasant one. Our rescue partner who adopted her out reached out to us to see if we could help so she won’t have to travel back to texas. Of course we did without hesitation. We were very lucky to have found the perfect foster for her who has been with her since March. Two months ago she was adopted out again only to be returned two days later after having an incident with a member of the family. The foster was happy to take her back, but now a month later she is acting out in the fosters home. Being very dominant with all her little dogs and tormenting the cats. We are now at the point where we feel Luna shouldn’t be adopted out. Her foster is also going through a lot at the moment and can no longer keep her. So now we need a new plan. We know finding another home for her will be very difficult to do and if we send her back to Texas she will be Euthanized. We know Luna will thrive in sanctuary because she is good with structure and loves other dogs her size. With that being said if we place her in sanctuary we need to raise $5,000. We are really trying to not send her back to Texas.

We really want to help this girl but with limited funds, no

government funding and only surviving on our adoption fees makes it very difficult.

Luna is barely 2 years old and deserves a chance to live out the rest of her life without any distractions.

We truly want to help her and do what’s best. Luna needs a consistent and therapeutic environment that only a Sanctuary can provide to ensure she has the best quality of life—which she absolutely deserves! Please help us get Luna the love and family she deserves at Pack Ethic Rescue, Inc where she will thrive.

WE ARE A 501C3 NON PROFIT RESCUE SO ALL DONATIONS RECIEVED ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE!

Why adopt a rescue dog?

Why adopt a rescue dog?

Because when you adopt a rescue your saving the life  of a dog that was failed by their humans.

They are just lost souls that were given up or abandoned by the person they trusted the most. Unfortunately there are not enough homes for all the dogs that are abandoned everyday, but when you adopt just one rescue dog you not only make a difference in that dogs life but room for one more dogs life to be saved. Rescue dosen't mean damaged, it means they were let down by the family they love

OUR RECENT SUCCESS STORY

Aries came into our rescue almost a year ago. He was surrendered to our Veterinarian Hospital in Summit NJ He had an altercation with another dog and was not allowed back in their town and they told the owner they should euthanize him. We couldn't let that happen. So we took Aries into our rescue and with the help of our dog trainer Gustavo Elcure who we call our dog whisper, he was rehabilitated and transformed into the amazing dog he is today. Thanks to Gus's help and the help of Sedona Shepherd Sanctuary we were able to find him the best home he could ever ask for. Sometimes its worth the wait and sometimes dogs make mistakes, but that doesn't mean we should give up on them. Today 9/2/23 Aries has found a place to stay.
